Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Bijeljina. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining excellent customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will also engage in training on company products and services to effectively handle customer inquiries. Monitoring market trends and contributing to sales strategies will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to proficiently interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve targets and contribute to the organization's objectives
- Capability to provide Training on products and services for improved customer and team education
- High level of organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is a plus
