Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Sales Representative specializing in vehicles and spare parts. The Sales Representative will manage customer interactions, identify clients' needs, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include negotiating sales, maintaining inventory control, and supporting the sales team in achieving their revenue targets. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer service to promote customer retention.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proven experience in Sales and Inventory Control
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in using sales and inventory management software
- Background in automotive or spare parts sales is preferred
- Ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate a results-oriented approach
- 2-3
yrs of experience (preferably in spare parts)
