Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development and expand our presence in the Vietnamese automotive market. This role focuses on both OEM and aftermarket channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business in Vietnam
- Manage relationships with Automotive OEM customers (2-wheelers and 4-wheelers)
- Drive aftermarket sales with dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Identify new business opportunities across Vietnam and ASEAN
- Coordinate with supply chain and planning teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and delivery processes
- Travel extensively to meet clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in automotive sales/marketing
- Experience with OEM and aftermarket channels
- Strong knowledge of dealer networks in Vietnam
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
