Job responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets;
2. Collaborate to develop sales plan and target for the area under your jurisdiction;
3. Market research, understand and report market demand and trends, user pain points, competitor's situation, and put forward marketing opinions;
4. Expand distribution channels, and maintain good customer relations;
5. Timely reporting of channel sales data, and channel side of the problem, so that the headquarters to adjust the strategy in a timely manner.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, marketing related experience is preferred;
2. With teamwork and communication and coordination skills, able to accept mid-term or short-time travelling in the market and strong stress resistance;
3. Have certain data analysis ability, through the market data analysis of multi-dimensional understanding of market conditions;
4. Proficient in Chinese,English and Sinhala；
5. Motorbike, two-wheeled vehicle, electric vehicle industry work experience is preferred;
6. Having a local Sri Lankan driver's license, able to accept business trips throughout Sri Lanka.
工作职责

2.合作制定您管辖区域的销售计划和目标；
3.市场调研，了解和报告市场需求和趋势、用户痛点、竞争对手的情况，并提出营销意见；
4.拓展分销渠道，保持良好的客户关系；
5.及时上报渠道销售数据，发现渠道方面的问题，以便总部及时调整策略。
工作要求
1.大专以上学历，有市场营销相关工作经验者优先；
2.具备团队合作、沟通协调能力，能够接受市场中短期出差，抗压能力强；
3.具备一定的数据分析能力，通过对市场数据的多维度分析了解市场情况；
4.精通中文、英语、僧伽罗语；
5.有摩托车、两轮车、电动汽车行业工作经验者优先；
6.有斯里兰卡当地汽车驾照，能够接受斯里兰卡全国出差。
