Role Overview,

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Manager is responsible for driving B2B sales across fleet customers, logistics companies, government institutions, and corporate clients. This role focuses on long‑cycle sales, tender management, and building strong relationships with high‑value accounts.

Key Responsibilities,

– Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial vehicles

– Identify and acquire fleet and corporate customers

– Manage tender submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations

– Build long‑term relationships with key accounts

– Collaborate with after‑sales to ensure service-level commitments

– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing

– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements,

– 3–7 years of B2B or fleet sales experience

– Strong negotiation and presentation skills

– Experience with tender processes and corporate procurement

– Automotive industry experience preferred

– Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
