Sales Manager – Vietnam

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead market development for the company's automation equipment, precision molds, and AI communication products. Devise and execute regional sales strategies to identify potential business opportunities and expand the company's market share across assigned territories.
  2. Proactively establish local agent and distributor networks, while also building direct relationships with key OEM/ODM accounts to ensure a diversified and resilient sales channel mix.
  3. Conduct regular face-to-face visits with both existing and prospective clients, ranging from C-level executives to Procurement and Engineering departments, to gain deep insights into customer pain points and technical requirements.
  4. Maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts in target sectors (specifically Automotive, Telecommunications, and AI). Focus on enhancing customer retention and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal technical, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure on-time project delivery, while effectively managing customer feedback and resolving complaints throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  1. Outgoing personality, strong ability to develop markets and communicate, highly adaptable, able to arrange own business travel (actual expenses reimbursed)
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  3. Proactive in building relationships with customers, expanding markets, developing clients, and securing orders
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, good logical thinking and comprehension skills
  5. At least 5 years of overseas sales experience; candidates with existing customer resources in the automotive, telecommunications, or AI industries are highly preferred
  6. Associate degree, Bachelor's degree or above
  7. Fluent in English is required, Mandarin speaking is a big plus.
