Its polymer activities focus primarily on polyolefins and other commodity resins, with an emphasis on international trade, market development and long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular customer visits related to promotional activities, including contacting customers by phone.
  • Responsibility for market development and brand visibility of polymer solutions within the assigned area.
  • Identification and referral of market opportunities to the Headquarter (HQ).
  • Delivery of HQ-issued offers and collection of customer requirements and feedback on site.
  • Obtaining market information as well as determining and monitoring the competitive situation.
  • Supporting communication between customers and the HQ regarding logistics and shipping information.
  • Customer networking, informational visits and general support.
  • Liaison for complaint reporting and general business correspondence.
  • Liaison for order-related inquiries to the HQ.
  • Compiling market statistics and forwarding customer requests for calculations and offers to the HQ.
  • Providing weekly reports on promotional reach, market environment and general business trends.
  • Providing visit reports and all relevant market feedback in CRM.
  • Analysis of customer, competitor and market trends as well as demand structures in the defined area.

Ideal Profile:

  • A university commercial / technical degree and professional sales experience of more than 3 years.
  • Working experience in trading or distribution company as a polymer resin trader, especially PE & PP.
  • Fluent in Polish and very good English skills.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to travel and an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills across cultures.
