Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Philippines, offering a combination of in-office work and flexibility to work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining customer databases, preparing presentations and proposals, as well as monitoring industry trends to position our solutions effectively. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet operational goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in developing strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills, including client retention and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of the Packaging or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
- Analytical and Market Research capabilities to monitor trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events when necessary.
