Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Sales Manager – B2C in a Premium Automotive Brand. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee team performance to meet revenue objectives. Responsibilities also include building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, guiding the sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular collaboration with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and developing effective sales strategies
- 15-20 years of experience in premium automotive brand.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and post-sales support
- Knowledge of market analysis techniques and ability to interpret sales data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
- Experience in the automotive or premium consumer goods industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
