Our client is a leader in the automotive electronics industry and an international high-tech enterprise, it was founded in 1980 has successfully developed products for more than 60 vehicle OEMs and equippedthem in more than 400 vehicle modelsglobally. Their business covers vehicle switch systems, intelligent cockpit systems, active safety systems, new energy vehicle electronic systems and much more. They provide high-quality products and services for worldwide well-known vehicle OEMs
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationship with current customers and develop new customers /projects;
- Perform customervisit and make introduction of company brand and products;
- Define and implement sales and customerstrategy for European customers together with headquarter.
- Execute the sales and market share target plan at assigned customers; Identify the opportunities to promote the products and solutions, gain chances of being involved during new products’ development phase of potential customers.
- Regularly collectand analyze customer and market information, report to headquarters for decision-making.
- Communicate with Europe and China teams for jointbusiness development and promotion.
- Cooperate with the headquarter in China for customers’ relatedissues;
- Implement other tasks assignedby superior to meet customerrequirements;
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degreein Engineering or Business Management.
- Rich experience in sales / marketing / project / customer management building and running. Occupational career in the automotive industry would be preferred;
- Has working background in automotive industry, served for automotive brands or tier 1 or tier 2 factories.
- Has ability to find out the decision maker related to auto electrical business.
- Understanding of the the local automotive market trends
- Good at presentation data analysis
- Fluent in English and German, Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
Additional Requirements:
- Leadership skills,motivated working attitude;
- Good team work ability,systematic and creative thinking;
- Capability to deal with high workload situations;
- Have a good relationship with automotive OEMs (VW, Audi, Daimler-Benz, BMW, Stellantis, Volvo, etc.);
- Native German speaker,language skills in Chinese would be a big plus.
