Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the assigned business portfolio to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and business targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure growth and long-term sustainability of the Finstock division.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team while managing key accounts, export business, and customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Finance, Technical, R&D, and Procurement to support business objectives.
- Handle operational and business development tasks including product costing, proposals, order management, and customer deliverables.
- Participate in regional business development initiatives and travel globally up to 40% when required, while carrying out additional assignments from Head Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive, or B2B trading industries is preferred.
- Skilled in business development tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with AI-driven technology and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and team engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven with a strong passion for leadership and career growth.
