About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail operations in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and key business metrics.
- Plan and execute sales activities, promotional events, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
- Control operational expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, automotive sales, key account management, or a related industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent business development and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and retail sales management tools.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
