Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Balikpapan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in developing and executing sales strategies, client relationship management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve optimal performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the heavy machinery or industrial repair sectors is an advantage
- Proficient in sales planning, market analysis, and business development
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics in Balikpapan and surrounding areas is a plus
