Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in the Midlands. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team to meet and exceed sales targets, foster long-term client relationships, and support the implementation of GardX’s tailored sales strategies within automotive dealerships. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, providing regular account management insights, designing and executing sales plans, and delivering high-quality customer engagement to drive product penetration and revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and dealerships to align goals and optimize profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development experience with expertise in sales strategies and target achievement
- Client relationship management and account management skills
- Familiarity with automotive industry practices and dealership operations
- Leadership and team management skills, including coaching and motivating sales teams
- Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales pipelines
- Time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple accounts effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
