Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory is front line ready
- Be proficient in all aspects of the sales process
- Work car deals through CDK and VinSolutions
- Manage sales teams on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
- Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for making improvements on your team
- Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Product Specialists
- Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Car Sales Manager experience is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to background check & drug screen
