As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations that inspire achievement, professional growth, and exceptional client service.
- Support and close vehicle transactions across finance, lease, and cash options while ensuring a seamless luxury customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to drive operational effectiveness and profitability.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring all customer inquiries, leads, and opportunities are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with finance, service, and other internal departments to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey.
- Manage new and pre-owned inventory proactively, including aging reviews, forecasting, and showroom presentation standards.
- Conduct ongoing training, performance reviews, and coaching conversations to support employee development and long-term team success.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience within automotive sales or a related customer-focused environment.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation abilities.

Salary Range
The base salary range for this position is between $140,000-180,000 annually.
