Londonderry Dodge is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and has a strong understanding of the automotive business. The right candidate will be a leader with strong communication skills, and the ability to help drive the sales team forward.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and coach sales staff
- Desk and close deals
- Follow, improve, and help create store processes
- Stay involved in the sales process from start to finish
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Monitor CRM follow-up, lead management, and response times
- Handle customer escalations when needed
- Help manage inventory
- Monitor advertising and overall lead performance
- Build culture and help keep the team motivated
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales management
- Strong understanding of the car business
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communicator
- Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
