Role Description
We are seeking Sales Executives for a full-time on-site role in the Western Province, Sri Lanka. The Sales Executives will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market trends, and promoting automobile products and services. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, managing leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the automobile industry and market dynamics
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automobile industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in multiple languages is considered an added benefit
