About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Customer Handling: Receive walk-in customers and assigned leads professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models. Present vehicle features, specifications, and offers clearly.
- Test Drive & Follow-Up: Arrange and conduct test drives. Follow up with customers daily through calls and messages. Handle objections and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Quotation & Deal Coordination: Prepare quotations and sales proposals accurately. Coordinate with finance services for finance and loan approvals. Confirm stock availability.
- System & Documentation: Complete all system updates on time. Maintain complete customer files and required sales documents. Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant.
- Registration & Delivery: Coordinate registration, invoice, and handover process with admin. Ensure smooth and on-time vehicle delivery. Conduct proper vehicle handovers for customers.
- Target & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs. Submit daily sales activity and pipeline reports. Maintain accurate lead and sales status updates.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Saudi Arabia Citizen.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in automotive sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
