- Develop and expand sales in assigned territories across Bangladesh.
- Visit distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, workshops, and spare parts markets regularly.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote Folder brand products through professional sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Conduct regular market visits to collect competitor information, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and visit reports.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, trade fairs, and product launches.
- Maintain proper records of customer information and sales activities.
- Provide market feedback and recommend strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
