Sales Executive – Electric Vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
· Spend significant time in the market engaging with clients and prospects.
· Organize and conduct on-site promotions and test drive activities on a regular basis.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
· Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
· Leverage technology and digital tools to identify leads, manage sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
· Stay informed about EV industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer engagement and optimize the sales process.
What We're Looking for:
· A proven track record in sales and business development in the Automotive, Real Estate or Insurance Sectors.
· Willing to travel outstation based on business requirements.
· Willing to work on weekends on a roster basis.
· Fluency in English and Sinhalese; proficiency in Tamil is a definite advantage.
· A results-oriented professional with the ability to take calculated risks and a strong hunger for success.
· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools and office software.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
