Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Romford for a Sales Executive at Endeavour Automotive Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively recommending vehicles or additional services that meet their requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process, from initial customer inquiry to final vehicle handover, achieving sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. There will also be opportunities to actively contribute to promotional campaigns and events to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or prior experience in a vehicle sales role is highly desirable
- Competency with CRM systems, sales reports, and relevant automotive software
- A valid UK driving license is essential
- Proactive attitude and ability to meet sales targets consistently
- A strong team player who is proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment
