Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at our King’s Lynn location. The Sales Executive will welcome and engage customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and present suitable BMW and MINI vehicles and finance options. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through test drive, negotiation, and completion of all required documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the dealership systems, following up on leads, and proactively contacting existing and potential customers. The Sales Executive will also collaborate closely with colleagues in finance, service, and administration to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail or automotive sales with strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate record-keeping and follow-up on leads.
  • Comfort using digital tools and dealership or CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and customer information.
  • A valid driving license and confidence in conducting test drives with customers.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional, ethical approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work on-site in King’s Lynn, including flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours as required.
  • Previous experience with premium automotive brands is an advantage, but not essential; training will be provided.
