ATN is partnered with a leading Automotive service provider in its search for a Sales Director, to target new business development and logo expansion across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, targeting, and converting new OEM and Tier 1 relationships across North America
- Developing and executing a US go-to-market and business development strategy
- Managing revenue targets, pipeline, and commercial forecasting for the automotive US business
- Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Representing the automotive business at industry events and forums
- Collaborating with delivery and engineering leadership to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and delivery capability
- Providing market intelligence and competitive insight to shape the company’s regional growth strategy
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience in new business development within the automotive service provider industry in the USA
- Track record of new business development success, with clear evidence of revenue growth
- Strong existing network across US automotive market
- Deep understanding of engineering/IT resourcing, programme delivery, and OEM procurement dynamics
- Commercially driven, relationship-led, and comfortable owning revenue targets in a senior, client-facing capacity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to operate at C-suite and senior procurement level
