Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing automotive OEM and Tier 1 customers, maintaining client relationships, coordinating customer issues and requirements, and effectively communicating valid needs internally;
Take on company performance targets, develop sales strategies, and achieve goals through business negotiations and other means;
Collect and analyze market information, identify risks, and uncover business opportunities;
Sales forecasting and order management, comparing forecasted vs. actual sales volumes, identifying variance causes and correction plans to ultimately achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
English proficiency (capable of using English as a working language);
Bachelor's degree or above, 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, experience with major European/American clients preferred;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, keen market sensing ability, strong logical thinking and adaptability;
High stress tolerance, able to accept short-term business trips.
