Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Sales Consultant Watches (m/f) at our Lucerne locations. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle in-store consultations, promote our selection of Swiss-made watches and related accessories, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will maintain store presentation and ensure an excellent shopping experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- MUST-HAVE: Proven expertise of minimum three years in Sales Consulting in the area of watches and/or jewellery
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively in English and preferably in Chinese
- Passion for Swiss watches and related retail sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
