Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the car purchasing process, from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles from our range of Chinese brands, including electric and hybrid models
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients
- Handle test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-ups
- Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to manage leads and vehicle availability
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offers, and brand updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of automotive sales experience (Chinese brand experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic) اللغه العربيه
- A UAE driving license is mandatory
- Knowledge of car financing, insurance, and the RTA registration process
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Passionate about cars, technology, and customer satisfaction
- Based in Dubai
