Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the friendly face and expert guide for customers exploring our wide selection of vehicles. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs while providing outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, engage with diverse clients, and be part of a supportive team committed to excellence.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of various vehicles
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions procedures
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Manage stock levels by stocking displays and ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, guiding test drives, and ensuring a positive experience
- Handle retail store product knowledge confidently, including merchandise merchandising and inventory management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette for engaging customers over the phone and in person
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Leverage technology and social media channels to build brand awareness, connect with prospective customers, and support lead generation efforts

Pay: $65,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
