Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Brisbane, QLD, for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and recommending suitable solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of professionalism will also be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Consulting experience with an ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing or a related field is a plus
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales, business, or customer service are advantageous
