Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Pristina Mall. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their automotive needs, providing tailored recommendations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a superior customer service experience. Additionally, the role involves consulting with clients to address inquiries, support decision-making, and achieve customer satisfaction. Meeting sales targets and staying updated on automotive products and services are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a seamless and pleasant buying experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and convey information effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales goals and targets.
- Background in the automotive industry or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly in Albanian and English.
- High level of organization and self-motivation, with a customer-oriented mindset.
