Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience. Daily tasks include building strong customer relationships, conducting needs assessments, delivering product presentations, and maintaining knowledge of the latest inventory and product offerings. The role also involves meeting sales goals and upholding high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
  • Customer service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive and memorable buying experience
  • Ability to provide thoughtful Consulting and expert advice to help customers make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the automotive sales industry is an asset but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
