Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Damansara. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting consultations to understand their needs, and presenting relevant Muezza solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build lasting relationships and maintain excellent client experiences
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting ideas effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Ability to manage on-site work in Damansara with a professional and collaborative attitude
