Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Consultant, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on Volvo vehicles, and guide them through the purchasing process. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets by offering personalized solutions. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment reflective of the Volvo brand.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting, with an ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong skills in Customer satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships
- Proficiency in verbal and written Communication
- Experience in Consulting roles and providing professional advice to clients
- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with luxury or premium car brands is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused environment
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
