Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Long Island. The Sales Consultant will actively engage with customers to provide personalized guidance, facilitate the car buying process, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include effectively consulting with customers to understand their needs, presenting vehicle options, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves staying informed on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Consulting, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and collaborate with team members
- Experience in Consulting to effectively assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
