- Strategize and analyze to determine how to use time more effectively.
- Understand the technical terminology and technological changes in the automotive industry.
Qualifications
- Pass all required testing to become a certified salesperson.
- Comprehend the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales.
- Have the ability to make proper introductions to customers and service department personnel. Assist the customer in showcasing the quality and efficiency of the dealership’s service operations.
- Fulfill sales, customer service, and job performance as indicated in the Sales Performance Checklist.
- Be legally and technically conscious to operate company and customer-owned vehicles.
- Can follow company safety policies and practices. Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately to a Manager/Supervisor.
- Capacity to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- IL license and have an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
