The Position

We are looking for a Sales Assistant/Student Assistant to support our sales and outreach activities across European markets.

This role is ideal for a student or someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in sales, communication, and B2B customer outreach in a fast-moving company environment.

Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, helping introduce Carzelle to new partners, creating dialogue, and supporting lead generation activities.

You do not need automotive knowledge or previous sales experience. We are much more interested in communication skills, motivation, and personality.

The position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team without heavy corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your skills and interests, you will work across several areas:

Sales & Customer Outreach:

  • Cold calling potential B2B customers across Europe
  • Introducing Carzelle and creating interest among car dealers
  • Booking meetings and supporting lead generation activities
  • Following up on customer dialogues and maintaining communication
  • Supporting daily sales and outreach operations

Communication & Market Support:

  • Help maintain professional communication across different markets
  • Support outreach activities in international markets
  • Assist with market research and identifying potential customer segments
  • Help structure and organize customer information and workflows

International Communication:

We especially value candidates with additional language skills such as:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • Italian

These languages are highly relevant as we continue expanding across Europe.

No previous sales experience or automotive knowledge is required.
