Sales Assistant
[ Summary ]
The company is seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Sales Assistant to support our sales team with customer communication, quotation preparation, and coordination with our overseas factory.
This position will start as a temporary role, with the possibility of direct hire depending on performance and business needs.
This is a part-time position (approximately 3 hours per day, Monday–Friday) with a hybrid work schedule.

- Communicate with customers via email in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with the factory and provide accurate responses to customers
- Prepare quotations based on templates and internal instructions
- Support sales staff with administrative and coordination tasks
- Track customer inquiries and ensure quick follow-up
- Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, and communications
- Assist with general sales support duties as needed

- Part-time: Approximately 3–5 hours per day (around 4 hours/day)
- Core hours: Between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday to Friday

- Technical knowledge, particularly the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for automotive components.
- Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal)
- Strong email communication skills with the ability to write polite and professional messages to customers
- Ability to respond quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work during daytime hours on weekdays
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical-related work
- Ability to read drawings or understand technical documents
- Experience in automotive industry or familiarity with automotive terminology
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
