We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify both inbound and outbound leads across our business divisions.
Prospect, engage, and build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and field visits.
Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and convert prospects into paying customers.
Present products and services, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead-generation campaigns.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management is an advantage.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
