**We’re Hiring: 2 Full-Time Sales Agents**
Europcar Kosovo is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as **Full-Time Sales Agents**.
The selected candidates will work at our office in the rent-a-car terminal at Prishtina International Airport “Adem Jashari” and will be responsible for reservations, sales, vehicle handovers, and customer service.
**Requirements:**
* Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
* Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to handle cash and card payments accurately
* Interest in cars and basic knowledge of vehicle features is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree is a plus
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak travel seasons
* Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional in a demanding, fast-paced environment
**Responsibilities:**
* Managing vehicle reservations and rental agreements
* Assisting customers throughout the rental, pick-up, and return process
* Presenting company services, upgrades, and additional options
* Handling customer questions, complaints, delays, and last-minute changes professionally
* Managing multiple customers, bookings, and phone calls at the same time
* Checking and documenting vehicle condition before and after each rental
* Occasionally driving vehicles to nearby pick-up or drop-off locations
* Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
**Working Schedule:**
* Full-time position, six days per week
* Weekly rotating shifts, with employees generally alternating between morning and night shifts; the final schedule will be discussed and agreed upon
* Morning shift: **7:30 AM–4:00 PM**
* Night shift: **4:00 PM–12:00 AM**
* Free airport bus transportation is available for employee pick-up and drop-off
