Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor based in Cairo, with the flexibility to work from home when necessary. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for offering tailored insurance solutions, consulting clients on financial products and services, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, promoting MetLife insurance plans, guiding clients through financial decision-making, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Finance, with a solid understanding of financial and insurance products
- Experience in Consulting, with the ability to provide expert advice and personalized solutions
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
