该职位来源于猎聘 MISSIONS： As Safety & Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) you are working in a multi-disciplinary project team within our product development department and will work closely together with the respective project managers and their teams. Your responsibilities will include: o Ensure that the safety and reliability attributes of our products are understood and that the risks arising from them are managed to an acceptable level.
- Support our engineering products throughout their entire life cycle to ensure our products meet company, customer and regulatory requirements for the system safety and reliability.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of practice. PERMANENT ACTIVITIES Lead the safety and reliability attributes in project: o Analyse potential risks and failures, and developing mitigation strategies o Perform failures’ predictive calculation (MTBF) o Understand the product’s degradation and failure mechanisms, their associated consequences and the hazards to which they contribute, o Assess new and derivative design solutions/architectures, product operation and maintenance practices to evaluate their impact on product safety and reliability, o Support product development and new product introduction phases through Safety & Reliability Engineering analysis and documentation (e.g. FTA, FMEA,
FMECA, FMEDA, safety class analysis, Dependent Failure Analysis etc.), o Develop system safety plans and prepare all activities required to provide assurance in accordance with the company procedures and applicable safety and reliability standards. Support the Standards’ improvement and compliance activities: o Regularly reviewing and updating safety and reliability policies and procedures to ensure they are current and effective o Providing training and guidance to other team members on safety and reliability best practices o Monitor and analyse performance and reliability data
INDICATORS： o Level of Project Quality Review validated on Time (%) (OTD), o System and SW KPIs, o Non Quality Costs (NQC) o Internal Scrap (PPM), o Number and rate customers claims (PPM, Incident). RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORIZATIONS Authority to stop the production or a project design to correct issues linked with the customer satisfaction, or compliance breach to (regulatory, internal, customer) requirements, o Authority to sign all documents/commitments linked with quality of the products and services until SOP. COMPETENCIES： o Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Safety & Reliability Engineer o Knowledge of Safety & Reliability methodologies (FTA, risk matrix, FME(C)A) o Deployment of the processes or tailoring an existing development process o Knowledge and experience of the applicable standards (e.g. IEC 61709, IEC 62380, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, EN 50129)
- Experience in the Railway and/or Automotive Industry is a plus o Problem-solving tools for 8D o Team Moderation skills o Technical Coaching skills o Experience in international working environment and strong interest in working with other cultures
