We are hiring – Robotics Technician / Customer Success (Amsterdam)
Botmotics is expanding in the Netherlands and we are looking for a hands-on robotics technician with a commercial mindset to support and grow our robotics operations in Amsterdam.
What you’ll do:
• Support and maintain collaborative/service robots at customer locations
• Handle installations, troubleshooting and fleet management
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Identify new opportunities and help expand existing accounts
• Work closely with our technical and software teams
What we are looking for:
• Experience with collaborative or service robotics
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working independently
• Fluent in English
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
Nice to have:
• Experience with OrionStar or Temi robots
• Spanish speaking
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare or customer-facing robotics
