Position Overview

Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) -
Location: New Haven, Connecticut -
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks -
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM -
Shift: 3×12-Hour Nights -
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week -
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend -
On-Call: None -
Floating: May float to other emergency departments and ED Observation within the health system -
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6 -
EMR: Epic -
Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center
Minimum Requirements
-
Active Connecticut RN License (or proof of application prior to submission)

Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience

Candidates with 1.5 years may be considered if they have Level I Trauma or previous travel experience

Previous travel nursing experience required -
Level I Trauma experience required -
Active BLS

Active ACLS
-
Active TNCC (TNS accepted as an equivalent)

PALS -
NIHSS -
