Role Purpose
To generate revenue for the store through connections, contracts for both data and Voice, repairs and managing employees in the store.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise employees in Retail Stores
- Supervise daily operations of the store
- M-pesa management
- Handle and resolve higher level customer queries, inquiries, complaints and requests
- To provide periodical reports covering progress on service quality measures
- Renewal of operating licences
Competencies
- Skills in sales and product promotion
- Excellent communication skills both in Sesotho and English
- Supervisory and analytical skills
- Ability to train and develop skills
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in telecommunications, especially in customer care will be preferable
- Two years’ work experience in a managerial or supervisory position
- A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two year driving experience
- Knowledge of Billing system will be an added advantage
