Job Core Positioning
As an exclusive quality technical expert dispatched by ACCU to the client's plant, you will fully represent the client (a global leading enterprise engaged in automotive glass R&D, production and sales) in undertaking the full-process quality control, customer complaint handling, customer relationship maintenance and quality improvement work at the corresponding plant. You will be the core quality interface between the client and the OEM/supporting plant, ensuring the stable delivery of the client's products at the client site, resolving quality risks, and improving customer satisfaction through professional quality technical capabilities and efficient communication and coordination.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management of Customer-side Quality Issues
- Act as the first quality interface of the client at the corresponding plant, responsible for handling glass product quality abnormalities in all links of the client's incoming inspection, production line assembly and after-sales service, quickly formulate and implement temporary containment measures, and fully avoid the risk of the client's production line shutdown.
- Independently lead the root cause analysis of quality customer complaints, proficiently use quality tools such as 8D, 5Why and FMEA to complete standardized analysis reports, promote the client's internal R&D, production and quality teams to formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions, track and verify the effectiveness of the measures, and ensure the full closure of issues.
- Be responsible for the judgment, isolation, return and claim docking of defective products at the client site, professionally and properly handle quality disputes, and balance the core interests of both the client and the cooperative parties.
- Customer Relationship and Cross-party Communication Coordination
- Establish and maintain a regular communication mechanism with multiple departments such as quality, procurement, production and logistics of the corresponding plant, organize monthly/quarterly quality review meetings, and synchronize quality performance, improvement progress and new customer needs.
- Accurately transmit the client's quality standards, specific requirements and engineering change needs to the client's internal team, promote the internal team to respond and implement quickly, and synchronize the latest client specifications and industry requirements.
- With high emotional intelligence and professional technical literacy, properly handle contradictions and differences in multi-party cooperation, and maintain and improve the client's brand reputation and cooperation stickiness at the client site.
- Quality System Compliance and Audit Support
- Strictly follow the IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system, the client's internal quality control standards, and the customer-specific requirements (CSR) of OEMs such as Volkswagen Formel Q and Audi, and standardize the full-process on-site work.
- Be responsible for docking the system audit, process audit and product audit of the corresponding plant, take the lead in preparing audit materials, accompany on-site audits, formulate rectification plans and track the closure to ensure the smooth passing of all-dimensional client audits.
- Cooperate with the client to complete the submission of APQP and PPAP documents, sample confirmation and trial production quality follow-up during the new product introduction (NPI) stage to ensure the smooth mass production and delivery of new products.
- Quality Data Management and Continuous Improvement
- Be responsible for the daily statistics, analysis and reporting of customer-side quality data, including core indicators such as PPM value, defect rate, customer complaint closure time limit and customer satisfaction, and regularly output standardized quality analysis reports.
- Identify product and process improvement opportunities based on quality data and customer feedback, promote the client's internal production end to carry out quality improvement projects, reduce the customer-side defect rate and quality costs.
- Accumulate quality problem handling experience and best practices, participate in cross-plant experience sharing and process optimization, and improve the overall on-site service capabilities of the team.
- On-site Emergency Response and Project Support
- Respond to sudden quality incidents at the client site, arrive at the scene quickly to handle the problem, coordinate internal and external resources, and minimize customer losses and cooperation risks.
- Cooperate with the client to complete the quality docking and implementation of new vehicle models and fixed-point projects, and provide on-site technical support and risk assessment.
- Complete other quality-related special tasks assigned by the company and the client.
Job Qualifications
Basic Requirements (Must-Have)
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Management or related majors.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of full-time quality management experience in the automotive industry, familiar with the full-process quality control logic of automotive component supporting business.
- Language Ability: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to complete technical communication, report writing, meeting docking and business negotiations using English as the only working language.
- Work Adaptability: Accept long-term assignment to the corresponding work location, able to adapt to the cross-cultural working environment and local work rhythm in Europe, and accept flexible overtime in emergency scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications
- Having quality management and on-site service experience in the automotive glass industry, or experience in serving similar automotive glass business, or working experience as an OEM SQE/Customer Quality Engineer.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, able to complete Chinese communication and report writing without obstacles.
- Familiar with Volkswagen and Audi OEM quality systems, customer-specific requirements and audit processes.
- Having work experience in the European automotive industry and familiar with the Central and Eastern European automotive industry chain environment.
Professional Skills Requirements
- Master the IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system, proficient in the five core tools of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA, and able to independently compile and review relevant documents.
- Have rich experience in customer complaint handling and problem solving, proficient in using quality analysis methods such as 8D, 5Why and Fishbone Diagram, and able to independently lead the full-process closure management of complex quality issues.
- Familiar with the production process, quality standards, common failure modes and solutions of automotive glass products, able to quickly complete defective product judgment, risk assessment and response plan formulation.
- Have excellent data analysis ability, proficient in using tools such as Excel and Minitab to complete quality data statistics, trend analysis and report output.
- Understand the operation logic of the automotive OEM supporting supply chain and be familiar with the full-process requirements of customer quality control.

- Quick-witted, with strong emergency response and on-site decision-making ability, able to quickly judge problems, coordinate resources and formulate implementation plans in high-pressure and emergency scenarios.
- High emotional intelligence, with excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination and business negotiation skills, able to efficiently connect internal and external stakeholders at different levels and departments, and properly handle interest differences and quality disputes.
