Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for planning rental business strategies and advancing operational excellence.
■ Rental Business Strategy & Planning
- Developing and executing mid- to long-term growth strategies for the rental business
- Planning and optimizing products and operational processes
- Managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in future mobility linked to the rental business
■ Rental Business Operations
- Overseeing vehicle operations, including fleet management, insurance, maintenance, accidents, inspections, and quality
- Managing government relations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Planning and operating value-added services related with the rental business
■ Platform Planning & Development Support
- Supporting the development of subscription and new online platforms
- Supporting the implementation of the rental business operations system (ERP)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rental business planning and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and operating rental IT systems
- Experience in planning and operating online marketing initiatives
- Solid understanding of the automotive and used vehicle market and related products
