We're hiring | Fleet Consultant / B2B Key Accountant (Mexico City)At Changan México, we're growing our commercial fleet business and looking for a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy) to join our Sales team.This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an active client portfolio, capable of selling vehicle fleets to companies and building long-term business relationships.What you'll do:Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned regionDevelop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accountsIdentify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiationsManage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → follow-upCoordinate test drives, demos, and client visitsMaintain an updated pipeline and CRM disciplineProvide product knowledge and guidance to clientsWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in fleet sales / B2B automotive salesStrong client portfolio: this is keyExperience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processesSolid understanding of TCO, cost analysis, and proposal buildingAdvanced EnglishCRM management and pipeline trackingStrong negotiation and closing skillsWillingness to travelProfile:Highly commercial and results-drivenStrong relationship builderStrategic thinker with execution focusComfortable working with targets and KPIsIf you have the network, drive, and ambition to grow fleet business, we want to hear from you.Send your resume to: ******
