What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage customer interactions regarding order placement, pricing, delivery quotes, and general product information
  • Perform data entry and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Follow up on expedite orders and monitor shipment statuses
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to mis-shipments or shortages, initiating the returns process as needed
  • Provide support throughout the East Coast Call Center as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 months of related work experience or on-the-job training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with order management systems or inventory control processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
