What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate any customer issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary for further assistance
- Respond to requests for assistance, including processing payments
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
