2. About the Opportunity:
The Automotive Customer Service Representative role focuses on delivering innovative and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through direct engagement across multiple communication channels, helping to resolve concerns, provide assistance, and contribute to the overall customer experience. The role is designed to be dynamic and collaborative, offering growth opportunities within the organization.
3. Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues when necessary
• Escalate interactions appropriately
• Respond to assistance requests and process payments when required
• Track and document call information for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on call-related issues
• Upsell products or services as needed
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable using desktop computer systems, especially Windows-based platforms
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred but not required

Work from Home Requirements:
• Internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
• Internet provider must have no packet loss and ping under 50 ms
• No satellite, mobile data, peer-to-peer, or VPN connections allowed
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace necessary
